Birkirkara St. Joseph’s 10 times national triathlon champion Dermot Galea, first Maltese triathlete to cross the finishing line in the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Hawaii last year, has made it to the final six places of the awards – Gieh l-iSport Malti. The finals of these awards will be held on the 15th March 2014. The sporting public has a vote in these awards, and Birkirkara St. Joseph Sports Club expects each and every member, the sporting community within the folds of our events, and everyone who has at heart, triathlon in particular, and sports in general, to cast his vote in favour of the Super Saint.

Votes can be submitted through an SMS by just dialling 506 16724.  A maximum of three votes can be submitted, each SMS costing €0.37.  Voting closes on the 15th March during the awards ceremony.
